Delivery Information
We deliver to addresses within the UK. Please make sure to see site map for free & charged locations.
A courier company will reach out to you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time. They will coordinate with you to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
Once you place your order, we will get in touch with you to confirm the details and assist you throughout every stage of the delivery process. Our team is here to ensure a smooth and seamless experience, keeping you updated until your order arrives safely.
Courier company will give you a 4-hour time slot at least 1-3 days prior delivery date. If you decline this time slot, they will offer you another delivery slot within 10 working days if you're in the green delivery zone.
The driver will call you 30 minutes before delivery. You will also be given a link for you to track the driver's delivery progress on the day, so you don't need to be home all day.
We respect your time, and we ask you to do the same with ours, that’s why we ask you to be home for the time of the delivery.
You will be able to change or cancel your delivery, free of charge, 24 hours prior your arranged time slot if you're in the green area, 48 hours if you're in yellow or blue area, otherwise you will be charged.
If you contact us in time, we will be able to rearrange your delivery date and avoid any additional costs for you.

Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are between 7am - 10pm on Monday to Friday. However, weekend delivery is possible to the green area at a premium cost , please contact us for more details.
Please ensure you supply the correct contact details as the buyer will be notified of a delivery date either by text message or a call.
If the goods you ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver as quickly as possible usually within 10 business days. Please bear in mind, your delivery may be delayed if you're in the red or blue area.
Please note some items may be delivered slightly sooner or later than the stated period on the individual product page.
Failed Delivery / Assembly
If our drivers are unable to deliver or assemble the product(s) for any reason which is not due to a fault of ours, such as item is too big for the space provided, or item does not fit through the door, you may be charged the full assembly service / delivery fee.
Buyer must confirm agreed delivery date in an adequate time and must provide correct contact details.
Once the buyer has agreed to accept the delivery and for any reason is not present at the delivery address, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge at the buyers expense. (Buyer must be present when delivery is taking place).
If buyer cannot be present then they must explain in the email and give a full name of the person who will be receiving the delivery on their behalf. Buyer or person appointed must confirm delivery with their own signature.
Buyer is responsible for ensuring access for delivery (e.g., doorways, stairs, hallways , rooms).
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or lack of access, re-delivery fees may apply.
