1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the sale of furniture and related products sold by Gaba Furniture Ltd to our customers , By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

2. Products & Pricing

2.1. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are for reference only. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may occur.
2.2. Prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT
2.3. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability without notice.
2.4. Custom or made-to-order items may have specific terms that override these T&Cs.

3. Consumer Rights

3.1. All products come with a 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects.
3.2. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use, or incorrect build.
3.3. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of earnings, inconvenience) resulting from delayed delivery or defective products.
4.2. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect assembly or misuse.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All website content, including images and designs, remains our property and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

7.1. These T&Cs are governed by English law.

7.2. Disputes will be resolved through mediation before legal action is taken.

Liability Disclaimer

  1. Product Use & Assembly Responsibility

    • Our furniture is designed for self-assembly. It is your responsibility to follow the provided assembly instructions carefully.

    • Failure to assemble the product correctly may result in damage or injury, for which we accept no liability.

  2. Safety & Stability

    • Some furniture items must be secured to a wall to prevent tipping. If wall-fixing is required, this will be stated in the product description and instruction manual.

    • You are responsible for ensuring that the furniture is installed safely and securely, using the appropriate fixings for your wall type.

    • If you are unsure, we recommend seeking professional assistance for installation.

  3. Limitation of Liability

    • We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from:
      a) Incorrect assembly or failure to follow instructions.
      b) Improper installation, including failure to secure the product to a wall where required.
      c) Use of non-supplied or inappropriate fixings.
      d) Misuse of the furniture, such as       exceeding weight limits, climbing, or standing on the unit.

    • Our liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as per UK consumer law.
