Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel and return non-customised furniture within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
When building a wardrobe, it's important to lay it down on a flat surface and ensure you have enough space in the room to assemble it comfortably. This will help avoid any obstacles during the assembly process and allow for easy movement of parts.
Items must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned at your expense unless faulty.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
For faulty or damaged items, contact us within 24 hrs of delivery with photos, items must be in a resealable condition and product must NOT be assembled.
We cannot accept returns if item/s has been assembled incorrectly or have been damaged in the process of assembling. Items cannot be returned if partially or fully assembled.
We cannot offer refunds if the item/s has been damaged during assembling or/and moving or/and modifying as all damages/faults should be reported before assembling.
If the customer changes their mind, they must cover the return cost.
